MASK POLICY UPDATE

Mask policy update: We are now allowing employees who have been fully vaccinated the option to not wear masks while working if they choose. In order to be allowed this option, you will need to present your vaccination card in person or by email to interviews@elitchgardens.com. Once we verify you have received both doses (one for Johnson&Johnson) AND two weeks has passed since your last dose we will allow you the option to not wear a mask while at work.
If you have not been vaccinated or have not yet presented your vaccination card you will be required to continue wearing the uniform masks while working.
Employees working certain stationary outdoor positions that do not come within 6 feet of another employee or guest may be allowed to remove their mask regardless of their vaccination status while on duty at that location. Examples would be a lifeguard stand on the wave pool or security tower in a parking lot. However, while moving thru the park, or changing positions such as a rotation, or working a position where they will come within 6 feet of another employee or guest, unvaccinated employees will need to continue to wear a mask.
